Maria Palazzolo
23/02/1941 ~ 26/10/2020
It is with the heaviest of hearts that we note the passing of our beloved Nonna, Maria Palazzolo, who left us on the 26th October 2020, after a brief battle with cancer.
She is survived by her children Antonietta, Patrizia & David, son in laws Marco & Ross, daughter in law Leanne, and her adored grandchildren Jordan, Alexandra, Alysia, Jorja, Angelique, Reuben & Tayla.
We are grateful that you did not have to suffer for long and that you passed away peacefully and in no pain, your greatest wish. We will never forget what you did for us and how tirelessly you worked to give us a good life. Our kind, gentle & fun loving Nonna, we were your whole World and now you will live in each of us.
There are really no words because age does not matter, nothing matters. When you lose a parent or grandparent, it is a part of your story and your heart that goes with them.
We will remember you every day, you will always be in our hearts, you are now reunited with Dad and Nonno again.
How lucky am I to have something that makes saying goodbye so hard.
Even with updated covid-19 lockdown restrictions, mourners are still limited to 20 people. Although not the same as being there in person to support Maria’s family, her Service will be live streamed on Monday November 2nd, commencing at 2.00pm.
Please use the link below to log in to Maria’s live streamed Service from the Church just prior to 2pm Monday:
Also, please find below a space to leave your personal tribute to Maria, or to pass on your condolences to her family. You are invited to leave a condolence / tribute for Maria any time. We have found these touching tributes are warmly received by families who have experienced the grief of losing a loved one. Once approved, your message will be placed onto Maria’s tribute page.
