Cremation services personally guided from beginning to end
Family owned & independent funeral directors across Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula, personally arranging and overseeing every funeral we conduct.
Because responsibility never leaves our hands, the person entrusted to our care remains under our personal guidance every step of the way.
Whether arranging a simple family-led service or a fully coordinated cremation service, families are guided with calm, experienced support — without pressure, unnecessary upselling, or hidden costs.

Melbourne Cremation Services
A cremation service can be as simple or as personalised as a family wishes.
For some families, a quiet private farewell feels right. Others may prefer a chapel, Church, or memorial gathering that reflects the personality, values, and life of the person being honoured.
At Crane Funerals, families are guided through those decisions with calm, experienced support and clear information — without pressure or unnecessary complexity.
Every arrangement is approached with careful attention, genuine personal oversight, and exceptional care for those entrusted to us.
Because responsibility never leaves our hands.
We’re Here When
You Need Care
Every family approaches a farewell differently.
Our role is to provide calm guidance, flexible service options, and transparent pricing — tailored to suit your family.

Families may choose to hold a private gathering, chapel farewell, memorial service, or no formal service at all.
Whatever approach feels right for your family, exceptional care remains at the centre of everything we do — because responsibility never leaves our hands.

Memorial Service Following Cremation
Flexible, modern service with ashes present, rather than a coffin
Some families prefer to hold a memorial gathering after a private cremation has already taken place.
This approach can provide greater flexibility around timing, venue selection, and the style of farewell, while also reducing some of the costs associated with a traditional cremation service.
Memorial services may be held in a chapel, function venue, family home, garden setting, or another meaningful location, with ashes present if the family wishes.
Families are supported throughout with calm guidance, flexibility, and professional coordination tailored to suit their preferences.
